The program was a stand-alone, single-tranche, policy-based loan (PBL) to (i) to strengthen public debt and fiscal risk management policies and practices; (ii) improve the government securities market and money market infrastructure; and (iii) broaden the base of instruments and investors and enhance corporate transparency.
