E-governance is significant step towards application of information and technology in governance system for fastest delivery of services to the citizen of any country. In India, this significance step was taken to make the government machineries for delivering better and faster services and moreover empower every citizen of the country to access information and services. In a participatory democratic system ICT has been used for enhancing good governance so as to create a bridge between democratic institutions and citizen. The digital governance creates better connections between citizens and government and encourages their participation in governance. In the economic spheres large sections of people are being enabled through this e-governance system in better opportunities economic activities as well as get engaged in the process of employment and service sectors.
