MILESTONE IN TIME : EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION IN INDIA

This paper examines the milestones of educational television in India. The first television signal started in India on 15th September 1959. The technologies advances changed the Educational Television shift from Instructional Television Fixed Service to Any Content, Any Device, Any Time and Any Where.
